Sometimes you need to feel like part of something bigger. Group classes are a great way to complement your personal training sessions or existing training schedule. There’s a certain energy generated when people come together to train, and it’s a great energy to ride. You’ll leave with a sweat up, and an invigorated sense of achievement.
